For the past 25 years, the IC Design Group at the University of Twente has been pioneering circuit concepts that have become widely adopted in electronics. In his seminar, Professor Eric Klumperink highlighted the "Eureka moments" behind some of these breakthroughs, revealing how ideas like thermal noise-canceling circuits and N-path filters took shape. A leading figure in RF CMOS IC Design, Prof. Klumperink’s talk provided a glimpse into the inspiration and insights that have driven Twente’s impactful contributions to integrated circuit technology.
