IEEE Electron Device Letters Paper Acceptance
Nikoo's paper titled "Theoretical Foundation of Electronic Metadevices" has been accepted to the IEEE Electron Device Letters
Electronic Metadevices represent a new paradigm in electronics, wherein the microscopic in-device deep-subwavelength field manipulation modifies macroscopic semiconductor device characteristics and enables completely new device properties. In our latest EDL paper, we present a theoretical framework showing the underlying RF field-driven mechanisms in electronic metadevices, which leads to a good understanding of their operation principles and sets the stage for the future research in this emerging technology direction.
